The apartment is well located for visiting some of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks. We stayed on the top floor and had access to a terrace, which was really pleasant and enjoyable.
There were curtains, but they were not sufficiently opaque to block out the daylight, so a lot of light entered the apartment early in the morning. Personally, I found this quite disturbing. The bathroom ventilation system is also very noisy.
We had a misunderstanding with the host during our stay, but we were eventually able to find a solution and resolve it. However, I did not appreciate the way the discussion was handled. The host spoke to his colleague in Turkish, knowing that I could not understand what they were saying. Afterwards, his colleague stopped discussing the matter with me, while the host did not even look me in the eyes. I found this behaviour rather disrespectful and unprofessional.

The place was okay, but very very timy. There was almost no cleaning service. The cleaning lady would only remove the trash and change the towel once (in 5 days) after being asked.
