Good position, very quiet. Friendly staff welcome. Walk next door for lunch, dinner or a drink at the pub. Comfortable, but a little aged. Large room with separate kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery plus tea towel and dish wash liquid.

Parking was a little tight.

Bathroom has been upgraded which was nice. Friendly staff. Enjoyed a cocktail downstairs and the bar staff were super nice. Nice view out the window but only when standing.

Eeeeek. Room a LOT more worn than online photos suggest. Bathroom ok as has been updated. The rest, not good. Bed so uncomfortable that I woke up and was almost too scared to move. Sore back upon waking. Everything worn, paint off sliding door to 'balcony' (complete with pigeon poop), sliding door very hard to open for fresh air. Felt a bit unsafe standing on the narrow balcony with cracks underfoot. I would not stay here again. Price point cheap for a reason. Should have known better.
