All of the above.
Would have liked to have a non slip mat in the bath. At my age of 73, I found it a bit slippery from the soap when I was getting out and only had the glass divider to hang onto.

The hotel was comfortable and near the Bay and shops . Everything worked .
Our room looked out onto a brick wall and on other side looked onto an old covered pool with no sun and other units. There were other rooms overlooking the bay which would have been better if we had known this.

The bar staff were great. It’s right in the centre of town and walking distance to everything.
Could use with some updating. Kogan TV’s were a struggle to work and get live tv but with the staffs help, we got there. But it was bang for buck for the price so can’t complain really.

Receptionist at front desk was excellent. She was able to give us advice on where to get breakfast and precise directions on how to get to the cafe. She was pleasant and very approachable and nothing appeared to be any trouble to her.
Dining room staff would benefit from some training in people management and hospitality skills. One waitress refused to bring a jug of water and glasses to our table because “she wasn’t allowed to”. This could be avoided if water and glasses were available at the point where meals are ordered.
Another staff member refused to honour the discount voucher that we had for our meal.
The meal was barely warm enough when it was served.
