The room was quiet, spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. The mop provided for the shower was worn out but was replaced the next day following our telling the receptionist. The only thing we found inconvenient was that we had to place the kettle on the floor to make coffee.
The fire in the restaurant was pleasant and our meal very good.

We received a lovely welcome and departure from very helpful reception team members.
I had contacted reception prior to our stay to request a ground level room without any stairs as my husband had hurt one of his knees. This was attended to without a problem.
Our KB room was large and comfortable. The only negatives were that we were able to hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the shower cubicle was a little bit smaller than we are used to.
The positive aspects of this hotel is the free onsite parking. There is also a large restaurant and additional lounge areas for guests to enjoy.

The shower was extremely small. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Staff were were welcoming and friendly.

A perfectly located hotel for exploring the north and central east coast areas of Tasmania. The hotel is recently renovated to an excellent standard and maintains a competitive price. The rooms are big, bed very comfortable abathroom spacious
