Great location. Accessible public transport.
Excellent staff especially Murad at reception.
All the staff at breakfast.
The fresh fruit section at the breakfast was everyday over riped - Sunday - Thursday .
It can improve by being more sound proof as you are opposite the tram station.

Was so impressed with the warm cookie on entering such that i asked for more and said i did not mind paying for it. they asked how many more cookie, I said 2 and that was it, a gentleman brought in 2 extra cookie at no charge.
the breakfast could lean a bit towards the west, beans, bacon and toast
