Everything went on smoothly, from the check in to the check out. The Customer care service was good, they helped me with carrying of baggage, they were very friendly and responded on time whenever i needed assistance. The hotel is close to the Tram station, Grand Bazaar, and many shopping areas around it. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom facilities are top notch. I would stay here again and again
The breakfast. I wish it was more continental and different over the days. The menu looked the same to me. However, despite this, i enjoyed my stay.

I stayed in a single bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. Room had all needed amenities. Staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Aybars for the hospitality and provided help related to the transport organization, restaurants recommendation and other important information.

Great location. Super walkable area. Very convenient to visit major places.
I couldn’t close the window, because there was a hole close to the frame so AC couldn’t operate. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast didn’t have lots of options.
