Great location, cleanliness, and comfort. The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it offered excellent value for money.

This is our 3D time here and we will definitely come back!
From the moment we stepped in everything was absolutely perfect!
Staff was super helpful and friendly.
On arrival we were upgraded to the best room with sea view which was super nice!
Everything we needed was immediately sorted!
The rooftop restaurant dinner food was delicious and had good prices!
On my wife birthday we were also greeted at breakfast with a cake 🎂! That was a super nice gesture of the staff!

All the staff that we interacted with was absolutely fantastic! 10+ for all the great work the staff does! From reception to cleaning to technical to restaurant they are all amazing people! Thank you all for taking such a good care of us and making our stay special!

Very good breakfast options and the hotel is round the corner from the main street (Beyazid area) so it's easy to get the tram etc.
The price of the room was cheap too and walking to some main areas such as Sultan Ahmed does not take that long too.
This was one of two bookings made over 8 nights, the other was by a friend but both bookings were in the same hotel room.
After a few days, one friend woke up with multiple itchy bites that looked like bed bug bites. Pictures were taken and shown to a receptionist. I also got a handful but were not as bad. We were not moved rooms but instead given a big spray and no effort was made to handle this further.
