Position perfect, very close to Tramvai T01 that leads you to every part of city and to other connections!
You are very close to everything without too much noise.
Very friendly people indeed, Engin, Susan, Jamila and all others!
I felt like being home.
Hotel could be refreshed as furnitures are a bit old.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and polite — especially Ferhat and Deniz, who truly stood out. Their exceptional service made our stay much more comfortable and welcoming.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city. It's very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, the Metro, and shopping centers — all within walking distance.
There are a few areas that could use improvement. The room felt quite small, particularly if you're traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, and it seemed like general room maintenance could be better. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable. Overall, we didn’t feel the experience offered full value for the money spent.
