Very nice hotel staff, night manager is enthusiastic and caring. Hotel is impeccably clean, new renovation, excellent breakfast, close to main tram line and food places. I appreciated that the hotel staff mostly left me alone, I've had issues in small hotels where staff try to be my friend as a solo traveler and I don't particularly like that.
The photos of the front of the hotel feel deceptive. The street lamps are fake, it's a very small hotel with just 6 rooms I think, and is down a small, seemingly unsafe street with trash and old buildings that are falling apart. I did not like my view from the window because it faced another hotel, I could see the guests clearly inside their rooms and I had a view of a trash dump. I rebooked here from elsewhere because i thought it was a nicer, bigger hotel and that's just not the case. Can't say whether I would come back, I'm neutral.

Nobody could have predicted that choosing this hotel would turn out to be the best decision of our trip.
My friend and I have never experienced such a high level of service. Throughout our stay, we felt completely at home, thanks to the positive, kind, and hospitable management.
I want to extend a huge thank you to Selcuk. He is more than just a receptionist; he has become our friend! We deeply appreciate everything he did for us—our conversations, the coffee, and his attentive care🥰
We were also fortunate to meet Mesut, another friend, who always paid close attention to his guests and provided exceptional service😎.
On a more formal note, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, larger than most rooms in other hotels in this area. The hotel’s location is convenient, with public transport about 10-15 minutes away. Breakfast was a highlight of our day—I think we tried all the desserts and might need to work off those extra calories, but it was worth it. The food is made with natural ingredients and prepared fresh. (Thank you Big Mimi Noyade)☺️.
