I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, around 15 minutes away from the main sights, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. I also found the breakfast very good. The girl at the reception was especially polite, friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
The hotel is located on the slope, which made it a little difficult to walk to and from the hotel, especially with luggage.

I really liked that the hotel staff was friendly and they checked us in very quickly. Very good hotel.
I didn't like that the power went out twice and that breakfast was at another hotel.

Location is really good, very close of grand bazaar and it’s a safe zone
Breakfast is ok, not great, not terrible
The guy and the lady from reception were really friendly
Weird sounds in the walls in 2 of 4 rooms we booked (we suspected it can be a mouse, but we cannot be sure, hope is not)
Very cold at first level on december, the AC is not fully working
Cleaning can be improved, we found our bed dirty in first day.
