I like the location, the size of the property, and the overall atmosphere. It feels comfortable and well-maintained. The lady who works at the kitchen her name is Dunya is very kind and welcoming. The manager was very understanding and helpful as well. The older gentleman at the reception who work overnight his name is Anas was also welcoming and with great customer service experience.
I liked everything. I just wanted to mention that was expecting the rooms to be a little bigger.

Хороший завтрак с красивым видом
При входе сразу резкий запах сигарет,это самое первое отрицательное впечатление
При заезде в отель,нам сказали что номер который нам предоставят нужно будет поменять на следующий день,и если у нас с этим проблемы,мы должны решать это через букинг,тк это вина сайта.Сказано это было в достаточно грубой форме,после того как мы пришли уточнить почему мы должны менять номер,на точно такой же!И почему нельзя заселить гостей в тот номер!Мы не хотели менять номер тк приехали всего на 3 дня и пришли за уточнением на ресепшен,где нам в категоричной форме было отказано,плюс сказано в грубой манере.
Так же,по необходимости пришлось забронировать отель еще на сутки,решили не менять локацию на 1 ночь,при бронировании через букинг оплата была указана в отеле,хотели оплатить по карте,но администратор обманула нас,говоря о том что оплата онлайн возможна только через сайт букинг,хотя она должна была предоставить терминал для оплаты.Оплатили в итоге наличкой
Номер был очень потасканный,везде царапины и сколы,двери душевой открываются и закрываются только если приложить усилия
