Very nice location. Friendly staff. Very helpful. I stayed on 3rd level. They helped me with luggages. However, as they have limited staff, on the rush hour that can be a problem. Moderately clean. Comfortable beds.
Loud music from nearby bars. However, if you like the location, want to be close to everything, that's the side effects. The family room is divided by a curtain. And the curtain was missing on the first day. As I requested, they fixed it on next day.

The room was big and could comfortably accommodate 4 people. The aircon worked well, and the shower was good. The windows were double-glazed to keep the street noise to a minimum. Also well positioned to all the attractions of the old City.
Access to the room is a problem. The reception is at the back of the restaurant, and then a thin spiral staircase leads to your room. Help was given when we booked in, but not when we left. Three 23kg suitcases are heavy for a senior citizen, especially down a spiral staircase. Then there was a lot of noise from the room above, up to 12 pm at night.
