Location
Our booked room was not available due to certain circumstances, we were given a family room but that one was down in the basement, we had no view at all just a wall. Constant noise from reception, found hair in the shower, the room needs more TLC, ripped bed sheets, TV was not working had no cable to plug it in. We requested to be replaced and we were told in 30min and no one came so we gave up. Breakfast choices was limited and very bad coffee. Overall I’m not a fussy person and my stay was ok but I cannot give excelent feedback as it was not.

It’s a beautiful building in a perfect location in Sulfanahmet. The rooftop has a wonderful view of the water. Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Sophia Haggia.
Challenging without elevator but not unusual for Europe. The staff helped us with our luggage. Thank you!!

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The room itself was comfortable and functional. Nice bed. Bath was private and clean. Enjoyable breakfast with good view.
We requested two things before we arrived.
We asked for a fan, which they said they told us before we arrived that they didn't have. No worries.
We also asked for two additional pillows (to help with back injury relief). No response. When we arrived we asked again. We were told that they would have to ask housekeeping the next day, so we didn't have extras available on night one. After a day of travel the next day, we arrived back very late and there were still no extra pillows and no one was at the desk to even see if anyone was asked. After that, we just gave up. The people at reception were all very nice throughout our stay, but they didn't seem to follow up on a very simple and important (to us) request.
