Tout était vraiment parfait ! La chambre et l’hôtel étaient très propres, et le personnel était particulièrement agréable, souriant et accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Istanbul, tout s’est très bien passé et l’ambiance était vraiment agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter : un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. ❤️

Overall the room was clean and price was very good. Check in and check out was very smooth.
Shower in the bathroom was broken. If they can fix it plus the main lock of the room door was also shaky. Other wise all good

The location was good and building from outside was good looking and it was budget one so no regrets.
Big time language issue as the staff present there was not understanding good english. Secondly room service was not available at all and the guy told us later that if we leave the key and explicitly say then only room service will be provided.
Secondly, the heater was not working for one day which they later resolved.
