Very helpful staff, and friendly, too. I've stayed 5 days, so the bellboys changed several times. All were doing a great job, made me feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was quite diverse, well-cooked, balanced, and as healthy or unhealthy as one prefers. You could have a boiled egg and fresh veggies OR a fried eggs, beef pastami and french fries - or a bowl of cereal - there was a thing for everyone. I really liked the coffee. The tastiest coffee I've had in a while.
The towels were changed every day, the water was brought in my room (which was extremely helpful in August) daily, all the appliances in the room were in the working conditions - and also, the hotel is very well located - i was just across the street from where the event had been held, and it's near the main public transportation stations, too.
The toiletries were provided by the hotel - basically, they're true to their description, more or less. What they claim really is either in the room, or provided at request, like an iron, for instance.
The socket for the kettle was not working, had to move the kettle to the bedside table for a working electrical socket. You might wanna fix that

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located, making it a great choice for both relaxing and exploring the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.
I really appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers!

The staff was amazing, attended to me as soon as arrived and helped me get to my room. Location was ok. Overall it was good price for what you get

The room was clean, spacious, as described in the photos. The breakfast was ok, the location is excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In general it’s a value for money hotel.
We stayed 5 nights but the sheets weren’t changed the 3 days we let the housekeeper enter the room. The towels need a change because they were very used.
