We travelled as a group of 5 and booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. The great conditions of this hotel definitely made our experience in Istanbul even better!
The location is considerably good, as it is very close to the Beyazıt T1 tram station, making it incredibly easy to connect to anywhere you want to visit in the city.
The breakfast was complete and offered a lot of variety. Everything was fresh, with plenty of options, including boiled and scrambled eggs and nice fresh bread.
However, the true highlight of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I want to leave a special thank you to Lale, Murat, İdris, Malik, Serkan, Rıdvan, and Mahsun. They gave us a very warm reception and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfectly in order for us. For example, our first room had an unstable Wi-Fi connection, but on that very first night, Mr. İdris kindly proposed moving us to a room one floor up. We moved on the second day, and the connection was perfect from then on!
We had a couple of very minor details. Regarding the breakfast, although it was great and diverse, there wasn't a toaster available, and the only fruit available during our stay was watermelon. Also, the hot water in the shower was sometimes a bit intermittent (fluctuating between hot and cold), but we noticed that after letting it run for a while, this fluctuation decreased.
