cleanliness, ambiance and facilities
The staff whom I contacted with through the +90 543 458 88 28 was very rude to me over phone conversation. He was forcefully trying to sell the airport pick up service to me with £60 or £70. Besides, he was quoting that I must need to book the airport pickup service if I need to confirm the room booking. Which seems to me very unprofessional behavior from such hotel. I hope booking.com will look after such issues so that customer don’t have any bad experience in future.
