Location was great as it was close to public transport, multiple restaurants, and Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooftop restaurant's outdoor patio with great views of city and Sea of Marmara.
Room air conditioning was not producing cool air on warm days, it was as if just the air handler circulating room temperature air. A bit pricey hotel restaurant and bar for the area. Gym definitely needs updating (very old equipment).

The location was ideal for several top sites - Grand Bazaar, haga Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc.
The staff was also very helpful with helping us get Ubers or arranging taxis.
Hotel is dated and the rooms are small.
