Had a wonderful experience at the AJWA Sultanahamet hotel. The staff were so helpful and proactive in assisting any query you may have. A special mention for the Bellhop team who happily assisted my mother with her wheelchair needs (wheelchair provided by the hotel).
While the property is not far from central tourist spots it is in a congested area with a few slopes to contend with. When available, the hotel provides complimentary drop off to city centre points.
While you don’t book a holiday to stay in a hotel, the interior was sumptuous and very clean.
No trouble with the room facilities - air con, WiFi, etc all worked well. If there were any queries a quick call
To reception and someone would be at your door within 5 mins. The rooms also have a pillow menu including an orthopaedic option. Beds weee very comfortable.
We dined at the restaurant one evening which was lovely and it’s the same space where they serve breakfast- beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety of options this includes table service for tea/coffee and any hot eggs made to order.
Unfortunately I didn’t get time to sample the beautiful spa. Enjoyed everything about this hotel but the best aspect is the staff - they were brilliant! Thank you to the team for making our stay sooo enjoyable!!

Hotel was lovely and staff very helpful
Area around the hotel wasn’t nice. Also found it ridiculous the hours for the pool and fact that men and women were separated. The family hours: when we could have all enjoyed the pool were 22.00 - 24.00 which is madness. So although it had a nice pool etc was never able to use it.
