Perfect hotel to visit the city

The localisation is perfect to visit the city. The staff is really kind and available for any help.

The soundproofing is not perfect except that nothing to report.

Disappointed!

Great location

The hotels' rooms are 2 starts. Terrible design, poor quality furniture, horrible bathroom, no attention to details, mould in the shower, no maintanance, poor quality doors covered in wood immitations, sauna was out of order during the three days, missing tiles in the steam room, small swimming pool, the wood around the pool was a hazard...except the lobby which was better, the rest was a 2 star. The garder roof was in the same situation. It is a beautiful hotel, but requires a complete renovation. We are truly disappointed.

Excellent customer care, quieter area, ideal for families, good breakfast, very pleasant stay.

A 4* hotel with 5* service. In a quiet neighbourhood of Fatih/Istanbul. Staffs were very helpful, especially Fatih (the young tall guy with optic) who was always around from the day we arrived until our departure, helped with all the heavy luggages that we (family of four with young kids) had. Manager Yusuf was also very helpful, communicated clearly and promptly with any queries we had prior and during our stay. Breakfast had decent selection and lot of varities, beds were comfy, aircon was adequate, bathroom was spacious (shower cubicle). The SPA facility is there (small heated pool, steam, sauna, hammam - all works fine) but not manned/no massage service but they arranged our treat with another (5mins walk) SPA with Balinese maseur. We found pool area is quiet in the evening. There's a well-lit park beautiful park right in front of the hotel where we could relax, sometimes local families/kids gather around (not crowded) to spend evening time. Roof is accessible, view of sea and the skylkine of old city from there is amazing.

Some part of the hotel could do with some rework; lights and aircon look tired; pool is very small. Hotel is within 15/20mins walk to major tourist attractions (Ayasofia, Blu mosque, Topkapi palace etc.) but you have to climb steep hills to get there and often footpaths are not wide enough to walk comfortably - something to keep in mind for peopel who would struggle to walk steep hill but that's probably most of the old part of Istanbul anyway.

Overall very happy with the hotel, me and the family had a great holiday!

Breakfast selection was ok not the best, location was great, staff were excellent, hotel and rooms were clean and staff were all friendly and always smiling and very helpful.

Had a smell from the pool area and also one of our rooms bathrooms for one day, pool was a bit small and crowded at times, could do with a booking policy so guest can enjoy the facilities.

Exceptional

The roof terrace has a perfect view on to the port and entrance of Bosphorus. Sitting on the terrace, observing the sunset and drinking a good red wine. Perfect.

This is a 4-star hotel, but they do not have their own kitchen to prepare meals. There is a possibility to order a meal but it is not prepared in-house in the hotel, arriving within 40 minutes by courier.

A bit old hotel but staffs were very kind and helpful.

Staffs were very nice and helpful in choosing nice tour programs.

Facility is quite old, and the window frame was night tight. There were quite noises near the hotel until very late in the night and the it was not blocked because the window frame was not tight/soundproof. That made us hard to sleep until very late.

falsely being told there was a hotel bar, roof top restaurant and bar. On arrival we are told no alcohol is served any where in the hotel. Why are you showing drinks being served in the hotel roof bar >>

it is surely false representation. We were told on arrival that no alcohol is served in the hotel bar at any time there was no roof top bar or roof top restaurant just a few old chairs and tables. You clearly state that that there is a bar and show photos of wine etc. your own comments please

The value for money is bad, we expected more.

The locarion of the hotel is good. The staf was nice and helpful.

The looks of the room and the facilities is not the same as in the pictures. The breakfast was the same every morning.

Nice stay in Istanbul close to all attractions

Great location and view of sea. Staff at front desk (Yussuf) was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet environment. Sauna was also good.

Lovely quiet location yet walking distance to main tourist attractions. Facilities as you would expect from 4 star hotel. Lovely roof terrace.. Enjoyed their hamam.

Great stay at Istanbul

Spacious rooms, nice location, helpful staff, cleanliness, wonderful sea view, good breakfast.

Though it is not on the main road, still the surroundings can get a little noisy with cars going around at night. Sound insulation may need improvement.

Amazing!

The place was fine, but the Staff was totally Amazing, the attention was 5 stars, very kind, very Friendly, the food was diversities, the drinks as well. the room was always a good service clean, the swimming pool and sauna was really relaxed time, lovely terrace with lovely view. We will be back.

the staff was really welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was exceeding our expectations and when we left we received a departure gift (a handmade bracelet) the rooftop terrace had an amazing view of the sea if you wanted to work out you had a mini gym with some equipment that you could basic exercise with

the wifi was not working the best but it is manageable the pool would have been small if a lot of people were using it, luckily when we went it was always almost empty

Istanbul adventure

The location was good. Close to restaurants and major sights. We had a nice sea view. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was a good variety of fresh and tasty food. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

There was a bit of street noise and a loud party on the Sat evening at a nearby hotel. But it stopped at midnight and then we could sleep.

It was a pleasant visit nice open buffet breakfast and location is super.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean with good roof view and swimming pool. The location is short distance to all sultan Ahmed area mosques and museum and close to the sea.

Superb

The terrace in the hotel is great. The interior is nice but a bit old. Breakfast is good and contains a whole bunch of various products.

Wi-Fi is super slow, it’s almost impossible to work remotely from there. The hotel robe had a hole in the armpit :)

Excellent choice!

The room and the bathroom are not big but they are pretty. Very clean. Beautiful view from the window (we had a view from the front of the hotel). Very well positioned, close to the tourist attractions. Swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath excellent after a day of walking. The staff is very kind. Good and varied breakfast. Very nice terrace on the roof of the hotel. We recommend!

Lovely hotel

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, but it's loud at night. The sounds of passing motorists were very audible from our seaview room.
