Quiet location, convenient to Kadırga and old city
No issues, except that the lighting was a bit harsh

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Our hostess attended quickly to our every need. The space was just as we had expected.
The plumbing creaked on and off during the night. Nothing can be done about that.

Pictures of the apartment were very nice and you want to rent it, but...
The size of the flat is NOT 80 sq.m., as it was written, at most 50 sq.m.! The height of the ceiling is small and the roof is very sound penetrable, so we were able to know about gulls' day/night regime) It was hot because of the last floor, so 4 persons were not sleeping well for several days! Air conditioning was present, but it's not good for health always use it... Additionally, it was not enough oxygen during nights, VERY noisy and it's almost not possible to sleep with open windows...
