Albinas Hotel Old City

We stayed at this hotel for more than a week, and we really enjoyed every moment of it. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and warm that it honestly felt like we had known them for a long time. The location is fantastic. The Blue Mosque is only about 3 minutes away on foot, and Hagia Sophia is around 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the Sultanahmet tram stop is very close, so it’s easy to get around Istanbul. The sea is also just a short walk away, which was lovely for an evening walk along the promenade. A special thank you to Mr. Furkat, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He is such a nice person and was always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really tell that he cares about the guests, and we appreciated it so much. We also had a family reunion during our stay, with several family members staying at the hotel, and everyone had a great time. The warm atmosphere of the hotel made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was fresh and good, and the kitchen staff were very nice and helpful. I have some food allergies, and I was happy to find things I could eat without any problems. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfectly fine. One thing I especially appreciated was how quiet it was at night. Even though the hotel is right in the centre of Sultanahmet, there was no problem sleeping at all. I’m a very light sleeper, so this was a big plus for me! Overall, what we loved most was the people and the atmosphere. We felt comfortable, welcome and genuinely looked after during our entire stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, and especially to Mr. Furkat, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back when we visit Istanbul again! ❤️

Great hotel in excellent location - very close to most attractions. Great breakfast. Excellent service from all staff - particularly Ahmed who went out of his way to assist us. Excellent choice and HIGHLY recommended!
