Helpfulness of staff - they sorted a brolly for us when it poured down! Location is excellent, room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was plentiful and choice was good.
Our room had a sketchy shower (water leaked from pipe above head rather than through the head itself but still useable).

The location
Cleaners are excellent.
Day staff is lovely, Shows willingness to help when ask them for an info.
Breakfast is the same everyday.
The Old man who is on duty at night is not pleasant.
