We arrived at reception at 5am due to our flight arrival time and we were given a room immediately and invited to have breakfast between 7am-10am which after a 10 hour flight and an hour's trip from the airport was very much appreciated. We were subsequently moved to a better slightly larger room by Umay Atalay at Guest Relations completely unprompted by us, both had balconies with views of the Bosphorus. Umay went above and beyond, even loaning us her tram card which we were able to top up easily at the tram stations.
The hotel is centrally located for the Old City sights (be aware Istanbul is very hilly) and we really felt we had landed on our feet. Our first night was complimentary courtesy of Turkish Airlines but we chose the hotel on the reviews on Booking.com and they were very accurate. Rooms are not massive but I would say above average for European Cities and was very quiet. Bed was comfortable, breakfast had sufficient variety with a blend of cuisines. The hotel (Tuna, Front of House Manager) organised/facilitated our airport transfers, guided day tour and a Bosphorus Dinner Cruise which gave us peace of mind that they would be with reputable people, which they were and I would recommend. We had dinner in the rooftop restaurant on the first night and the food was excellent. Unfortunately as they only allow hotel guests to use the restaurant it was practically empty as obviously guests want to experience the many many restaurants the city has to offer rather than eat in the hotel every night. Apparently they used to allow others to use it and it was always very busy, having eaten there I can see why.
We stayed 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer.
Restaurant was a bit lonely now they do not allow other tourists in there which was a bit of a shame.

Best raport price-value. Very good location, walking distance from main touristic objectives, nearby restaurants and some stores, very clean rooms, quiet neibourhood. We had supperior triple room and we received with windows to Bosphorus, very nice view in the morning. Good breakfast, not very varied. Excelent hammam on the basement, we had the most relaxing evening. Ancient Cisterne on the basement, to visit.
Last but not least, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the manager, Mrs. Umay, is absolutely exceptional, kind and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers.
The streets are quite steep. No balcony, but there is a cozy terace on groundfloor for smoking and drinking.

The hotel staff was exceptional, especially Fatih! He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. We greatly appreciated everything he did for us!
