Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Meryem, the Tunisian staff member, who was exceptionally kind, warm and hospitable and made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was excellent, with a large buffet, plenty of variety and good-quality food. The breakfast terrace is also beautiful and has a wonderful view, which made the mornings especially enjoyable.
Apart from the issue with the room, we were very satisfied with the hotel and especially with the service.
The room was quite small, and unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room that seemed to come from the bathroom or drainage. This is something the hotel should definitely investigate and fix, as otherwise our experience was very good.

Great staff, took care of everything!
Nice and great variety of breakfast.
Big and comfortable beds, that's a must for a good night sleep đź‘Ť
Maybe something wrong with plumbing, awful sewage smell from the bath.

Really good hotel, the staff people are really nice, the breakfast is good and has a good view, the location is good to main touristic areas

Location and the staff
Unfortunately shut down of the elevator caused some inconvenience. It was Eid break and management couldn’t get it fixed. However, Staff were dedicated and supportive.
