Everything was great. The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially the Turkish gentleman at the night reception. He treated us very well, guided us properly, and was always helpful and friendly.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They even helped arrange a taxi at a reduced rate, which was a wonderful touch.
Omar deserves special mention for his outstanding service and attention to detail.

The area that the hotel was in looked safe and the safe were very friendly and helpful. Especially Omar, who was helpful in everything we needed and giving us ideas of what to do during our stay
The stairs outside the hotel was a bit too hard to climb
