The entrance guys were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Everything worked and it was a really nice stay altogether.
I’d recommend to do something about the bedding because it kept getting shifted so the mattress was exposed which wasn’t really hygienic (you were able to see hair from previous guests).
We were in the room when a cleaning staff member came to clean and they made a picture of our room, guessing because it was too messy and they seemed very upset about it. They communicated that they will change towels and bedding but not touch our personal stuff. We would never expect a cleaning staff member to tidy our clothes etc and since we were in the room and didn’t leave the room like that, it felt rather unprofessional to be making pictures of our personal items.

Great location, lots of restaurants near by, easy location to navigate to many of the big tourist attractions. Room was comfortable and large enough. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and in my mind had plenty of options.
Not the easiest to get to from the airport if you want to take train options, bit of a walk (with some hills) but doable. Or use alternate transport.

The location is perfect, really close to The Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar
We had the jacuzzi room, the roof had a tiny leak and another leak was covered up but still visible.

Location only
25m2 room included the size of the balcony. If like us you have 2 suitcases there is absolutely no room to move. Seaview room was looking at the sea but over rooftops and in the distance. Breakfast was horrible. Thank god they at least had a coffee machine.
