The hotel was good, clean and the staff was very kind, the team is actually very very close and is the team you gonna use the most since it’s going to all the touristic places

The location is excellent, right on the Tram line. Once we changed rooms, it was comfortable and good. The buffet breakfast was hearty with many options.
The towel rack was coming off the wall and the a/c started dripping after the first day. We spoke to reception and they changed rooms for us. Somethings look a bit tired but then the room we went to was renovated better and at the front of the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location.
This is at most a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star one. The furniture is old, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom is very old, rusty and defective, and the staff is not friendly or welcoming at all.
