I arrived at the hotel quite early, and the guys working at the lobby were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made me feel comfortable right away. They even told me that breakfast was ready and that my room would be prepared as soon as I finished breakfast. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality after arriving early. Great first impression and wonderful customer service! ❤️

What a great hotel ! Near the tram and at the heart of shopping stores! Definitely worth the price same for the breakfast very good variety of choices! I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next vacation in Istanbul !

We were lucky to stay at Momento Hotel during our vacation in Istanbul. The stuff was very polite and always ready to help us with everything. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfasts were tasty. The location is very convenient due to the tram stop and Grand Bazaar not far from it.
