The location is amazing, lot of things are in walking distance. There is a tram stop closeby, so everything can be reached easily at any time of the day. There are AC units in each room that work properly. The staff at breakfast and at the reception was helpful and nice.
The rooms are not cleaned properly and they are fairly small. The breakfast was okay, but the variety is not that big. Before our arrival, the hotel manager tried asking me to pay the room in cash because they have bank issues. I shared the confirmation that the money was already taken from my account so I will not pay additional fees. They tried again with asking for cash payment when we got there, but I was convinced about the successful bank payment, so eventually they let it go. Do not believe that you can only pay by cash if you booked through Booking.
