Absolutely everything, walkable to anywhere in Istanbul, extreme kindness by all staff, breakfast room and Reception, very helpful with everything and anything you need or want, the best hotel out of several I know❤️🍀🙏

The location is very convenient, close to the tram and metro station, the bazaar. Walking distance to major sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a kettle in the room, refrigerator, air conditioner, toiletries and they give you free water. The bed is very comfortable.,The staff speaks English and is always ready to help.
The hotel is not new or renewed, the furniture is showing signs of age but nothing terrible. It still looks decent and definitely worth the money.

Loved the breakfast - it was be best on our tour. The location was fantastic in the centre of town with easy walking to many sites and ground transportation. Also lots of great restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
Bathroom could use a couple of upgrades.

Quite central
No charging points by the bed!!! Essential in this day and age. Coffee was horrible at breakfast
