Good location and good staff
Breakfast is the same everyday so it gets boring. Bathroom had signs of damp and mould so I complained and all they did was painted over it. Toilet flush wasn't working had to get that repaired. I requested to have the room changed but they couldn't offer me a similar room on the same floor. Spa facilities and staff are not happy to help. Pool was freezing cold. Sauna kept switching off. I asked for a hammam price because they know I am from abroad they quoted me more than double. I didn't use them instead I went to a professional hammam in another hotel nearby and had hammam done for less than half price. Be aware and be careful.
