Everything is fine.
The reception staff should be at least a little more friendly. There is not even a greeting to the guest. Even if they do not speak english they should say hello or goodbuy to guests when coming and leaving.

We can choose the room (They recomended 3 rooms, We decided). The breakfast was good and There was large selection (Fruits, bread, vegetables...etc). The view from the all table was beautiful. The are condition was good. Few minutes from the Tram station (near to Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet, Basilika Cistern). The room was quiet.
We had a problem with the recepsionist. We read on booking.com this Hotel accept the Master Card, Visa...etc. But, When We arrived, the recepsionist said We can't pay by card. "Only cash". We didn't have a cash, so we couldn't pay. We tried to pay by transfer and call the booking.com but They couldn't help us. The recepcionist said They don't have card terminal, but We saw on the desk. At this time he tried to use it, but He said "not workin, only cash". Second day, We would like to Check-Out because We only have cash for 1 night. When we wanted Check-Out, the receptionist (other), said We can pay by card, so no problem. And We did.
