Location
On the sixth floor, which meant we had to get the lift to the fifth floor and walk up one flight of stairs.. this was a bit annoying

Its very good hotel i recommend the staff are amazing and friendly they welcomed us with big joy they even help us moving my grandma she cant walk they helped me moving her with the wheelchair the rooms are clean we even got free room upgrade i do highly recommend this hotel im more than satisfied

Clean bed sheets, water.
Breakfast was good.
I checked the reviews before booking, and they have a really good cleaning score. When we got there things were not what other people said in their reviews.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. The shower door was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been given a good clean in ages, dirt on the sink, clogging sink and shower were clogged, and dirty mirrors.
Not all the lights in the room were working.
Poor quality toilet paper.
You can hear the noise from the other rooms, the room is not soundproof.
The air con is making a constant noise even if we turned it off.
