Parfait

Passage obligatoire par cet hôtel avant de prendre l’avion. Ce n’est pas mon premier sejour au Radisson Blu Delhi. Le personnel, le service, la nourriture… tous est incroyable. Il s’agit du meilleur hôtel qualité/prix sur Delhi

Frustrating and not smooth check in process.

Staff at reception during check in were slow and extremely unhelpful. They couldn’t see that our booking was made on behalf of guests staying which was all clearly stated and mentioned at time of booking. Staff were indicating that the booking is not valid. It really was frustrating as there were three elderly people who wanted to rest up before their flight and it was all being delayed by an incompetent staff member.

Short work trip to Delhi

Great location, close to airport, friendly staff, superb breakfast spread. Good gym, pool, spa facilities etc. Restaurants located inside offer variety of food.

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt för några dagar i Delhi och är stort, lyxigt och bekvämt.

Vårt rum luktade konstigt vilket vi påpekade för personalen, något vi inte tycker att ett rum för så mycket pengar ska göra. Vi blev erbjudna ett annat rum men doften var samma även där. Till sist kom någon och sprayade något i vårt rum som hjälpte en stund. Maten är fantastisk på hotellet men priserna är verkligen i det dyraste laget, speciellt för att vara i Indien.

Friendly stay close to the airport

Superb hotel, worth paying a slight premium.

Spacious room. Lovely large shower and bathroom. Staff excellent. Only stayed overnight so only had breakfast which was superb. Airport taxi excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer

Room had dusty surfaces. Hallway carpet on my floor was very dusty. I ordered Hotel taxi to see India Gate, but the driver took us last there and it was limited time to spend there. Moreover, I did not request to shop. The driver took me to a shop „just to look“.

We asked for a twin room but none were provided. We paid for breakfast but we were 12 mins late and were not accommodated. no airport shuttle

Extremely stressful

When myself and my friend reached the hotel at 10pm in the night, hotel staff said that there was no booking in my name. They did not bother to check my booking through Bookings.com. They said that the booking may have been to a different Radisson Blu hotel.

The Hotel staff are not trained in checking reservations made through other websites especially the ones from outside India.

A wonderful selection of good food although didn’t have breakfast this time due to flight schedule .

This is not 5* hotel No special services included (like breakfast), clothes on pillow was damaged, the bath was not clean totally, water in room must be paid, nobody opens car door.

Great choice if you want to be close to the airport.

Very close to the airport. Perfect location for early flights. Breakfast has a large selection of Indian choices and western ones. I appreciate the fresh juices.

Management provides misleading info, hotel charge for items not purchased and refuse to provide itemised bills.

I was charged for items I never ordered, I have requested itemised bill twice but it was never provided, I was misled by hotel management in regarding 1+1 offer which I have paid for during booking. Basically was told that all drinks in the main bar by pool are subject to 1+1 offer between 3-8pm, however I had to pay for all drinks. Very disappointing. My door lock was keeping rejecting key cards for few days, however management failed to fix issue. Swimming pool area was dirty - surfaces not cleaned.

Nice convenient location but don’t bother with offers.

The property was clean and the location is very convenient

The bar staff. I booked the hotel for my dad who was traveling and the booking said happy hours 3-8pm. When my dad went to the bar he was told that the happy hours are till 6 and when he questioned it he was given a sub standard drinks menu which is quite annoying considering the general reputation of the hotel. I have stayed here in the past and liked it that’s why I booked it for my dad but now I need to think about booking again. I hope the hotel responds to this
