We were travelling in a large group, and all the staff were very helpful and attentive from arrival to departure.
The breakfast was good, and the coffee from the bar was excellent.
The 24hr bar / kitchen service was also very good especially when returning from a long day away, with the staff very attentive even early in the morning.
The bed was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable at all.
There was also a unpleasant odour lingering outside to the left of the main entrance

Excellent room cleaning service, attentive staff at reception. The place is secure and rooms are confortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
The beds were too hard for my preference, and it would have been nice to have more pillow options. The room was also quite warm, and the temperature was difficult to adjust because the system is centrally controlled. Opening the windows helped, but the hotel is located near a basketball court that seemed to be a popular hangout spot, so it could get noisy at times.
