We had such a lovely stay at The Crystal Apartments in Camps Bay, but what really made our experience special was Ntando!
From the moment we arrived, she was absolutely amazing. Her warm welcome, kindness and exceptional hospitality made us feel so welcome and excited about our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and was always incredibly helpful and responsive via WhatsApp throughout our visit. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble!
I would genuinely recommend The Crystal Apartments based on Ntando’s hospitality alone. She is a real credit to the team and made such a positive impression on our experience.
The apartments are also in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Camps Bay beachfront, making it really convenient to explore the area.
We didn’t make use of the housekeeping service during our stay, so can’t comment on that aspect.
Thank you again, Ntando, for making our stay so memorable! We really hope to be back again soon! ❤️

Security
There was no big mirror.
When we checked in the other shower stall had dirty wet towels in. The bed in the bedroom my kids slept in the other keg was out.
The cleaners need to be inspected after cleaning. The apartment is good but they don’t clean properly. Was looking at the one who cleaned on Friday. She just straightened everything on the bed and didn’t change the pillows cases. We used the pillows for 4 nights. Our towels were folded for re use saying the car that comes to collect laundry had already left though we left the room before 11 am and that was around 2pm. I argued with her to call her supervisor for clean towels. Honestly hygiene is the problem. Under the beds and chairs in the leaving room was very dirty. I would not recommend anyone. But the areas and security is the best.
