Excellent

Excellent all round, we were well taken care of. Facilities were immaculate and the battery power supply in the apartment took the stress of load shedding away. Highly recommended.

Superb

The apartments were beautiful and modern, especially the loft apartment, and had fantastic views of Camps Bay and Signal Hill.

There were some minor maintenance issues , the aircon in the 1 bedroom was not working.

my stay was fine like I said before up until I noticed my money was stolen then it took over all the experience I had

it was clean and the receptionist were pleasant.

I didn’t like the fact that my money was stolen from my box. I paid for 6 nights even though I only slept there twice my 100 dollar’s i kept in my box was stolen. i noticed it that money I was leaving and I reported to the manager at the facility with other staff there and up till today making it 6 days I left there no one has called to say any thing. despite the fact that I was told they will get back to me. imagine if I had more money In my box that is also the way the thief would have stolen it?

The location is excellent. The rooms were spacious and security is tight. The receptionist was friendly.

The equipment in the rooms did not work well. Aircons, TVs and the turnaround time for query resolution is not great.

The Room was very clean. House keeping did a brilliant job. Location was very Good and as shown on the pictures. Nice and quiet place to spend quality time.

Power cuts. Maybe if the hotel had inverters it would be better

Even with the nice views and location, I would not stay here again.

Great location, very nice pool and views

Air conditioner was broken for duration of our stay in the middle of summer. Staff kept saying they would have someone to fix it but never did. Left accommodation 2 days early due to discomfort. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Sleep was challenging in heat and on hard beds that were extremely short.

the property was very nice and I like to watch the every morning

I did not like our house keeper, she would clean the apartment but then we will find our door wide open when we come at night, remember we came there to have fun we would go out in the morning and come very late late in the evening only to fine our door open

Location, facilities, amenities we're excellent

The housekeeping lady did not clean very well..there a dishwasher machine but still our crockery amd cutlery was dirty. Everything else was superb 👌🏾

Great stay.

The view from the apartment was amazing! The apartment was clean. The manager Alastair was very helpful and did all he can to make our comfortable.

Check-in was not great as the manager was not available and had to wait for him, but he apologized when he got back.

The space was amazing. Finishes and the openness. The view was top notch

Housekeeping could have been better. One of the bathrooms was a bit small. We travelled when there was load shedding so it was a bit of a bummer.
