We had a really pleasant stay and were especially impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Everything felt fresh, comfortable and thoughtfully looked after throughout our stay.
The service was equally wonderful — the staff (in particular Masi) were warm, attentive and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our time at the hotel, which gave us great peace of mind and made the stay even more relaxing.
We experienced a power outage one night in camps bay, which was a little inconvenient (the hotel does have backup generator that lasted a couple of hours!). We also understand that there has been a recent change in staff/chef, and unfortunately this meant that some of the breakfast items were unavailable during our stay. Hopefully this is just a temporary transition as the new team settles in.
