We liked the hotel overall. The breakfast spread was nice as well and offered a good variety of options. It's right in the middle of the city so reaching it from Dubai was easy.
For us the beds were too soft and the super soft pillows didn't go well with a soft springly mattress, which led to us not getting good sleep. One more important thing is that the hotel doesn't have a decent first aid kit - my mom fell off the bed in the morning and cut her eyelid on the bedside table glass, and the only thing the hotel gave us was two plasters and a sanitary wipe. They didn't have basic pain killers and no pharmacy was open in a radius of a kilometre at 6am. So if you are staying here, be careful of the glass o the bedside table - its not secured to the table, and carry basic first aid like dettol, bandaids, cotton, panadil, etc.

The reason we always book here is because the location is so near to the mall.
we always book here everytime we go to abu dhabi, but this stay was by far the least fun. There's no shampoos/shower gel/etc in the room. Then there's a construction noise throughout our stay, we stayed for 2 nights, wifi also keeps on disconnecting, but there might be a limit?
