In one of the most challenging situations, with the airspace closed and tens of new customers, the staff was composed, helpful and compassionate.

Great stay here - all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is delicious!!
The hotel even made an event of my birthday with a cake surprise in the bar and balloons in my room.
Will be back here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi
