Their facilities especially the steam bath and sauna which is open 24 hours. Staff is very courteous and accommodating especially when I asked for early check in due to an event.

Everything was very clean and the service was good.
The check-out time is very early and they don't let me add hours, unlike other hotels in the city. They don't take into account that due to the heat, it's difficult to be out on the street from early in the morning.
