Perfect location next to all the sightseeing.The staff was really nice but noone speaks english, but still they try to help so we figures everything out.It was clean and the breakfast nice.We booked a tour to Zipaquire with them and was amazing and good price.
The location at night can be dangerous.They told us from the hotel to be aware at all times and don't go out with our phones in hand.

Central location. A lot of restaurants, supermarkets in the nearby. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
The staff don't speak english.

Good size of room, clean, comfortable bed, good shower
Really poor internet connection, restaurant waiting staff have none common sense at all, really bad service at the restaurant, check in, room cleaning excellent and also the lady from the front door, but the waiting staff from the restaurant are awful.
