Staff is in general polite and helpful. Rooms have a good size and are clean. Location is good for visiting all downtown attractions.
The hotel hosts events with very loud music until very late (1 am) which was disrupting even for me at the 5th floor. I was appalled that they would host an event with such loud music in a place where people are paying to sleep!
Another very annoying thing that happened was the fact that I arrived in my room at 3 pm after a day out and the room hadn't been cleaned. At 3:30 a cleaning lady came and wanted me to leave the room so she could clean it! She was very insistent and it was a very uncomfortable situation. there needs to be better internal management.

Hotel is located next to the city center and that's nice. Check in was avaliable for 24h.
Room is cleaned everyday.
Floor, door handle and walls are broken and in bad conditions.
Room was very noisy, and Windows weren't work 😕
Accordingly They offer free transportation from airport, so I feel all the informations in booking form and... none came for us. We need to take an Uber.
Usually there was no warm water and electricity in my room.
It was not good value for this amount of money.
