Breakfast was great it had buffet with variety to choose from. My room was clean, warm and comfortable. From airport to the hotel we were provided with a shuttle. I loved it. Upon being in the hotel all the staff was warm and friendly.
There was nothing i didn't like. I loved our time spent.

The included breakfast and room service was really good. The Hotel is close to a few shopping centers and hospitals where me and my family went to. And also close to the Vive Claro Concert. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They also have good taxi services that the hotel works with.
The beds are rock hard and the pillows deflated when you put pressure on them and was also hard. A mistake on my part because i didn’t check but there’s no AC in the rooms it’s cold enough at night but you have to put shades down for the sunlight and street light and the shades blocks the wind and cold air. And because the window is open you can hear traffic at night.
