We arrived at a time that reception was open so easy access to keys, The apartment was cozy and well equipped for our needs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the blackout curtains were a real bonus.
My sister and I are only 153 cm tall so it was impossible to reach and use the over-door towel hooks in the bathroom. Also we had to stand on a chair to lower the shower head and reach crockery on the top shelves of the kitchen cupboards. These are only small things that we could resolve ourselves but inconvenient.

Convenient parking and a lift
The laundry was not in the room as per the description but in the basement and required a payment via an app i have never heard of. Misrepresentation and overpriced
