We had a generally good experience during our stay. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful, which was definitely one of the highlights. The location is convenient, and we also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. We noticed that the rooms had a noticeable smell, so improving ventilation and room freshness would make the stay more comfortable. At times, communication was a little challenging due to the language barrier, although the staff always made an effort to assist.
We also felt that the additional charge for a laundry bag was a little unexpected and perhaps something the hotel could reconsider.
One suggestion for future guests is to double-check the hotel name when making a booking, as the old Alagon Hotel and the newer Alaiyon Hotel are attached/closely connected, which can potentially cause some confusion on arrival.
Overall, we appreciate the warm hospitality and helpful attitude of the staff. With a few improvements to the rooms and some service-related details, the experience could be even better. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable.

Good location, walking distance to many places to visit. Great breakfast and very spacious rooms with a nice view. We received a lot of Vouchers (meal in the restaurant, foot massage, evening drink and wedges).
Pool and gym could be bigger.

The location was perfect, central to so many places. The staff was wonderful. Value was incredible
Some rooms were just a little older fashioned but not bad at all.

Everything is in walking distance. The pool and spa was fun for the kids. The free 30 minute foot massage was amazing!
The buffet breakfast was small, but it was ok.
