I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had an excellent experience. The property is spotless, and the staff are well‑behaved, courteous, and always eager to help.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide range of options to suit different tastes perfect for starting the day. My corner room at 5th floor provided a charming glimpse of two bustling streets, which added a unique city vibe to the stay.
What makes this hotel even more convenient is its location. Essential services such as money exchange, travel assistance, city landmarks, and convenience stores are all nearby, making it easy to explore on foot and manage daily needs without hassle.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom lights should have separate switches and Air conditioner should be more effective in cooling when guest enters the room.

Calista has the warmth of home, each year we visit and are welcomed back by the friendly team of Nam and John on the door and Anna at reception. The hotel cannot be beaten for location and provides value for money.

The Hotel location is great, specially for shopping in the market. There are many things walking distance so it was really convenient for my family. Breakfast was nice.
The bathroom was broken. Water came out of the wall when the shower was on soaking all the bathroom floor. I guess they are remodeling the hotel.
