Excellent location, very convenient and walkable! Great use of space, clean, good ac, love having a washing machine!
No clothes drying rack made laundry hard, lights not working, bathroom floor damaged. Ac was cold at night even when we turned it off and no blankets available, only sheets, so we were cold at night. Better than too hot but maybe ac needs repair.

You cannot beat this location! Being steps away from Sol Station made navigating Madrid incredibly easy. We were right in the heart of Puerta del Sol, surrounded by endless dining and shopping. If you want to be where the action is, this is the place to stay!
While the location is great, I had some concerns regarding security. The door locks felt a bit flimsy and unsafe, which is a worry in such a high-traffic area. Also, keep in mind this is a self-service apartment—there is no staff or concierge service available, so you are entirely on your own if you need assistance.

Good location, right in the centre of the city.
Not as clean as we would have expected. Shower was mouldy and bathroom was very tiny. More to the point, communication with the property prior to arrival was non-existent; our query about the high deposit 2 days before arrival was not answered. This was stressful, but luckily Booking.com were helpful.
