Central location
Hard floor so you could hear people above on occasions

I am used to receiving keys or a door code - this was the first time using an app on my phone. I found it initially a little confusing, but by the second time I used it, it was fine. The app also allowed me to share access to the rest of my travelling family, which is incredibly convenient
The location is amazing. Short walk from everything.
The pillows were not that comfortable, but we were still able to get enough rest to enjoy the city

Location and size. Close to Prado and queen Sophia museum. Nice places to eat around. Nice site seeing- Opera, parks, Royalty museums. Amazingly quiet for so central location.
Great opportunity to leave language in office.
Coffe machine isn’t working.
