宾至如归，感觉很好。虽然公共硬件设施不能跟我们国家相比较，但是工作人员的工作精神和服务能力非常棒，感觉天天回家的感觉。我们前后住了十多天，返回开罗继续入住。感谢埃及人民，你们很棒这个街区很好，有好的店，店家都很好房间通分透气大玻璃，一切很方便

Très bien placé, familial, personnel au top

Le personnel est au petit soin, on se sent comme à la maison. L’espace de vie commun est très relaxant et familial. Le personnel est arrangeant et attentif à nos besoins. Merci spécialement à Sara pour sa gentillesse

Malheureusement l’espace salle de bain privé dans les chambres doubles est assez abîmé et donc les joints sont noirs et pas très propre… et surtout l’eau de la douche sort de la salle de bain il faudrait refaire sinon rien à redire

A great hostel with the kindest staff

An amazing hostel well-located close to metro station. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the view from rooftop terrace was great. Staff was super kind and warm-hearted willing to help with anything.

Superb

The staff was amazing, the food also was good, everyone was so kind and the commodities were good.

The internet was not so good, sometimes doesn't work and the quality depends of the place of the hotel where you are, but all the rest was good.

Pleasant

The place has a nice terrace, AC is doing its job, the room's comfy, and the location's solid as well.

I wasn't too happy with how I was treated by this long-haired guy at the front desk – sorry, can't remember his name. He was pretty obnoxious, rude, and seemed like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Zero people skills and way too bossy. Even though he said sorry later on (probably because he had to otherwise he would have never done it), those two days I spent there weren't all that great. Just having him around made me feel off. On the flip side, the other two folks at the front desk were cool, especially the girl – she was super nice to me. No complaints there.

Great stay as always!

Stayed here before and a great stay as always. Staff are particularly friendly and helpful, great location, good rooms with nice communal areas as well and good breakfast. Great value for money.

Delightful, friendly, comfortable.

Incredibly friendly staff, very welcoming environment. The place is quite clean. The balcony is used as a sort of café for middle class Cairo youth in the evening & has an entrance fee (no fee for hotel guests), so the place has a kind of hip downtown feel. The guests are probably 50/50 foreigners & Egyptians. I will definitely stay at Cecilia on my next trip to Cairo.

Exceptional

I don't know how to start. everything was perfect. our room was clean, air conditioner worked very well in the middle of summer. Close to the bus stop. staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Antoni took great care of us. He took care of us after his shift was over. Choose this place without hesitation and get to know these good people in this beautiful hotel

Nothing. Just the entrance of the building, it doesn’t belong to them, but if the entrance part can be restored a little more, it would be magnificent.

Good place in Cairo

Location was great, good rooftop, we were upgraded to a better room with no extra charge and it was perfect! They also let us have a shower when are booking was finished Very nice staff!

The entrance is pretty old and a bit scary if its your first time in Egypt and most of the buildings in downtown are like this… but then its a really good place!

George, Antoni and all the staff were so helpful and friendly Great location and even though it's very central there wasn't too much noise from the traffic. Really nice vibe in the hostel. Would recommend as a cheap but decent spot to stay in Cairo.

The owner and it's staff is always engaged to make ones stay comfortable and convenient. Very familiar and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are cozy and clean. Great Location in Downtown, near Tahrir square. To me best place in Cairo..Will be back here soon🙏🍀

Good location near centre and Tahrir square. Staff is very friendly

Even if the staff were trying their best, the public areas weren't sufficiently clean. Also, some room facilities were dysfunctional or even broken. Furniture were full in dust and the place looked like it hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The management should reconsider the cleaning rules and their standards because for the same price you can find more decent places around Cairo.

if you want the most authentic Cairo old town experience then this is it! located at heart of old town Cairo. Everything in the hotel it’s expected to be very old but fantastic, I feel like living in an old time movie, loving the vibe! The location is great, most of the attractions are walking or short Uber distance. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

In general the hotel in Cairo or Egypt are comparably dusty, they try their best to clean but the dust is inevitable.

Perfect location. quite nice in general.

location and terrase were excellent. The room was basic but pretty big and confortable. we had a very good sleep. around the corner there is a street food place where you can get delicious and cheap food.

The breakfast was quite poor. the toilet is shared but quite ok.

Super friendly staff and Seif was very kind and gave us lots of information on local foods. incredible rooftop with tables and games for people to hangout and amazing view of the city.

Such Warm people in reception. The location is a few minutes walk to Tahrir Square.

Good

The ambience was great. It is a perfect place to meet like minded travellers from around the world. The hostel is managed by a group of young, friendly and energetic people. Also, the location is just right. It is barely a 4-5 minute walk from Tahrir square.

They could perhaps work on cleanliness a tad more.
