This hotel is just beautiful. Set in a tea plantation with the most amazing rooms. Would highly recommend staying in Villa Hibiscous. The staff were so attentive and friendly especially Roshin who also took us on a boat trip. The food was delicious. We would definitely come back. Thank you

The property is located in a very beautiful setting among the trees.

After entering the room I lay down on the bed and was badly bitten by fleas or something similar, not mosquitoes, it was extremely painful and felt like my body was going into shock. I left the room and felt I couldn’t go back and left the property as soon as I could arrange a driver and had to book a hotel elsewhere. They didn’t offer to arrange a driver or refund me, not even a partial refund, so I paid double price for the night and wasted my money. My health and comfort is a priority so I had to leave the venue and go to another hotel. The road to the property is full of big potholes and in poor condition, not suitable for a car. The wall outside the room was in poor condition ie paint was peeling off and didn’t look like a 5 star property in this condition. It needs maintenance.
